Overrated. Prices are high for an okey food The sesame coffee seems like a good mix but was okey The matcha cookie is everything but a cookie if it weee chewy and more sweet it would been better there is no matcha taste but it’s not bad it’s just not worth going to The croissant is so good but the chocolate filling is tasteless. I think the main stuff that will make it a good place is adding more sugar in everything sweet food is supposed to taste sweet. Add some salty or savory stuff also. Make the cookie chewy and sweet or bitter pick an option Overall I am not mad but I think this place has way more potential than what it’s currently. The staff was sweet and easy to talk too.

I have to say the egg tarts don’t quite live up to my expectations. They are served cold which is already not a good sign. The pastry feels overcooked, with the bottom rising too much, causing the custard to have overflowed during baking, but instead of being super crispy, it is rather hard and chewy. The custard is quite dense and sweet but the amount of custard is a bit stingy and there is hardly any extra aroma or taste to it. I was anticipating them to at least be as good as what I made myself at home. I also had a ham & cheese. The strongest flavor of it is Heinz ketchup and really, I believe anyone can roughly reproduce it even in a busy morning.

Consistently high quality and friendly. Even oatmilk drinks have a smooth microfoam. All their desserts are delicious. All of their teas are loose leaf and low tannins. Can't find iced tea that good anywhere else. Atmosphere is neighborly and calm.

Delicious! We are SO lucky to have such an amazing bakery in downtown State College! The garlic bun is the garlic lover's dream! So good! Incredibly fresh! The coffee was amazing as well. I think this is the best coffee shop we have - the atmosphere is amazing and the staff is as friendly as they come! The owner even came out and helped us make a decision on what we should order based on what we were craving. I just cannot recommend this place highly enough! My only regret is not getting one of everything to go!

My new favorite place to go! Customer service is amazing. Pastries & drinks are delicious! They seem to have a new menu everyday with some repeating items. We had the egg tart, taro bun, red bean bun, classic melon, & mung bean pastry in the span of two days. The location we went to was in downtown State College. They're really close by to Webster's & right next to Phryst. HIGHLY recommend! ❤️🙌👏
